About Us

Hello!  I am Jackie, LFC's principal consultant and founder.  I started this practice in search of my own sense of purpose and fulfillment.  

Professionally, I spent over fifteen years working in the sports and entertainment industry. I had the opportunity to work with MLB, MiLB, NASCAR, the Big 12 Conference, Big Ten Network, ESPN, NHL, and many other conferences, properties and brands.

Some of my greatest life lessons came from my time training and playing sports. Yet, ironically, some of my worst professional experiences came from the culture of the sports industry. My "WHY" runs deep when it comes to working with leaders to create healthy, productive, engaging workplaces. 

Employees spend the majority of their waking hours helping their employer reach their goals. The job market has changed dramatically since the global pandemic; employers are seeing unprecedented demands from employees. People crave purpose, balance, education - an investment in the whole person, not the COG. This is not a quick fix. It requires an intentional strategy and an every day effort. 

This is my purpose. To help employers create environments where employees can thrive, and to help change the employee-employer relationship for the better. 

Employees must be happy for customers to be happy, because, after all - "happiness is an inside job".
