Leading for Culture means creating a workplace that values the dignity of all individuals, and prioritizes empathy, ethical-decision making, and psychological safety. This may be the single most difficult yet important aspect of company culture, it rarely happens without a deeply intentional and diligent strategy.
We do not employ the "check the box" approach to DEIB efforts. We work collaborately with our clients to create meaningful, out-of-the-box content to educate and engage all employees. We often infuse elements of emotional intelligence and psychological safety into our training sessions, as these are pre-requisites to being able to explore Belonging with a growth mindset.
In addition to live trainings and workshops, we can create onboarding and digital modules, as well as work to create on-going practices and rituals that further help to reinforce Belonging throughout the organization.

Our comedy-infused workshop is perfect for groups that may need a little help breaking the ice and warming up to these topics. Through artfully designed comedy skits and facilitated discussion, we are able to create an environment where everyone feels safe and welcome to engage in conversations about diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
