Lead For Culture leverages principles of Humanistic Leadership, which emphasizes the value and dignity of individuals within an organization. It focuses on the holistic development of team members, encouraging leaders to prioritize empathy, ethical decision-making, and a deep understanding of human motivations. Humanistic leaders aim to create a work environment that is inclusive, collaborative, and supportive, fostering a culture where employees feel valued and empowered. This approach not only enhances employee well-being and satisfaction but also drives organizational success by leveraging the full potential of each team member. By putting people at the heart of leadership, humanistic leaders inspire trust, loyalty, and a shared sense of purpose, leading to sustainable and meaningful achievements.
Fall Session: Remote/Online
Both emerging and seasoned leaders can benefit from this series. Individuals with a growth mindset understand the importance of continually exploring, expanding and practicing one's skills. This series is a mixture of soft skills, which always need honing, as well as practical and functional application. The "humanistic" philosophy of leadership is modern and compelling, and can provide a fresh take on more traditional principles of leadership.
We created this series to meet a growing need for on-demand training, where companies may not have an internal training program available. Our cohorts and training sessions take place quarterly, so whether you have one candidate or a few, they can join a class and quickly begin learning and applying new skills.
This is the key differentiator from other on-demand, virtual training programs. Unlike pre-recorded online modules, our series relies heavily on the human interaction and connection within each cohort.
Our cohorts are small, usually limited to ten participants. This means each leader will have a voice in their group.
Each class will be a combination of education and practice - as context is key to being able to absorb and apply new information. Leaders will be challenged to create scenarios and process challenges in an interactive setting, which provides the added benefit of learning vicariously through others' challenges.
Between sessions, participants will also be given exercises and reflection prompts to ensure the learning process continues to metabolize and expand.
Throughout the entire training series, leaders will be building their own personal leadership philosophy and brand. While we feel strongly that certain characteristics and values may be universal for effective leadership, each individual brings their own values, strengths, needs and quirks to the table.
Understanding yourself, understanding what you stand for, how you hope to impact your organization and your people - these are all part of your leadership compass.
Being able to walk away from this training with that leadership roadmap, that personal brand guide, will be a critical tool in helping you retain and continually apply what you learned.
