We use the term Key Behavioral Indicators (TM) or "KBIs" to describe the behaviors, competencies and attitudes necessary to create that harmony. It's one thing to say that you value trust and accountability, but what does that look like? Do your people know what it means to show up and live that value day in and day out? Do they know what it means to be trustworthy and how their micro-interactions either reinforce or diminish that behavior?
